ADULT PROGRAMS

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) & No-Gi

Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program teaches a complete system of takedowns, positional control, escapes, transitions, and submissions through both traditional Gi and No-Gi training.

Gi BJJ uses the traditional uniform and incorporates grips on the jacket and pants, creating a technical style of grappling that emphasizes control, leverage, positioning, and submission attacks.

No-Gi BJJ removes the traditional uniform and combines Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with elements of submission wrestling and takedown grappling. The faster pace and emphasis on body control, wrestling, leg attacks, and transitions make No-Gi especially applicable to submission grappling and MMA.

Classes include technical instruction, drilling, positional training, and live sparring, allowing students to develop their skills against fully resisting training partners in a controlled environment.

Our program is designed for everyone from complete beginners to experienced grapplers and competitors. You do not need to be in great shape or have previous martial arts experience to start. Students can train recreationally, compete in BJJ or submission grappling, supplement their MMA training, or simply develop a highly effective grappling skill set.

Whether training in the Gi or No-Gi, the goal remains the same: learn to control an opponent, remain composed under pressure, and develop effective technique against real resistance.

No experience necessary. Beginners welcome.

Sambo / Judo

Our Judo and Sambo program focuses on the art of taking an opponent from standing to the ground with control and immediately transitioning into dominant positions and submissions.

Judo is a Japanese grappling art known for its powerful throws, trips, foot sweeps, and gripping techniques. Students learn how to use balance, timing, leverage, and movement to effectively take down an opponent, while also developing pins, escapes, and submissions on the ground.

Sambo is a grappling system developed in the former Soviet Union that blends elements of Judo, wrestling, and submission grappling. Sambo places a strong emphasis on dynamic takedowns, throws, positional control, and fast submission attacks, particularly leg locks.

Our classes combine these complementary styles to develop well-rounded grapplers who are comfortable both standing and on the ground. Training includes technical instruction, throwing and takedown drills, gripping, breakfalls, positional work, submissions, and controlled live sparring.

Judo and Sambo are excellent on their own or as a complement to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, No-Gi grappling, wrestling, or MMA. Beginners can learn proper falling and throwing mechanics from the ground up, while experienced grapplers can expand their takedown skills and ability to transition seamlessly from standing into submissions.

Whether your goal is competition, cross-training, practical grappling ability, or simply learning how to throw another human being effectively, our Judo & Sambo program provides a challenging and highly technical approach to stand-up grappling.

No experience necessary. Beginners welcome.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

Our Mixed Martial Arts program combines striking, wrestling, takedowns, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and submission grappling into one complete fighting system.

Classes focus on learning how these skills work together in an MMA environment. Students develop effective striking, takedowns and takedown defense, clinch work, ground control, submissions, and the ability to transition between each range of a fight.

Training includes a combination of technical instruction, drilling, pad work, positional training, and controlled live practice. The goal is to develop practical skills through realistic training while maintaining a safe and productive environment.

You do not need to be an experienced fighter to train MMA. Beginners are welcome and can progress at their own pace, while experienced grapplers and strikers can learn how to adapt their existing skills to mixed martial arts.

Whether your goal is to compete, improve your overall fighting ability, learn practical self-defense, or simply challenge yourself, our MMA program provides well-rounded training in all areas of unarmed combat.
